ICCA Dubai ...more than just a School!

The International Centre for Culinary Arts - ICCA Dubai, has come a long way in the industry since it's inception in the year 2005. With nearly a decade of culinary experience, it has become one of the most sought after culinary schools not only in the region but around the world and is renowned for its expertise in providing industry centered culinary training.

ICCA strives to give it’s students a world-class culinary experience, which has helped ICCA Dubai get an Accredited Centre status from City & Guilds, London. Furthermore, the close relationship and strategic partnerships established with many of the world's leading Equipment Manufacturers, Ingredient suppliers and Training resource providers, help ICCA  provide the highest quality industry standard training and expose student chefs to the latest technology & trends.

ICCA Dubai also prides itself with it's state of the art, Award Winning training facility at the Dubai Knowledge Village (DKV), one of the largest purpose-built training kitchen facilities in the world, helping take the learning experience to the next level and thus  enabling students  to seamlessly integrate & effectively deliver to international industry standards.

 ICCA has serviced over 86% of the Hospitality Industry in the UAE and has set standards that have featured it amongst the Top 10 Culinary Institutes in the World and also awarded the “Recognition of Quality Culinary Education” by the World Association of Chefs Societies (Worldchefs), a global authority on food standards.

ICCA in strategic partnership with The Emirates Culinary Guild, Worldchefs, and City & Guilds has set up The ICCA Dubai Culinary Scholarship, a One Million Dirham Continuing Education Award, an innovative industry-focused Corporate Social Initiative to Train & Certify talented and deserving but financially underprivileged young chefs in the UAE Hospitality Industry.  The aim of this scholarship program is to provide everyone an equal opportunity to achieve their dreams and not be limited by their means. This initiative has been well received and supported by the leading culinary bodies around the world.

The core team here consists of individuals who are highly motivated, dedicated and with a keen eye for detail for quality delivery. We stay true to our mission and remain committed to providing the opportunity for our students to realize their dreams through applied knowledge and the hands-on approach here ensures that our students are given personalized attention to help achieve their very best.  The laurels and achievements of our students are a testimony to our commitment and resolve.
